  • Late check-outs or early check-ins need to be pre-arranged at $10.00 per hr.

Deposit Policy
A fifty percent (50%) deposit (of your entire stay) is required to make a reservation. Deposits are credited at the end of your stay. This includes "no-shows." There are no refunds for early departures.

Cancellation Policy
A refund of your deposit (subject to a fifteen percent (15%) service charge) will be made only if notice is received twenty-one (21) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. You will forfeit your entire deposit if cancellation is received within twent-one (21) days of your scheduled arrival date. Short notice reservations (made less than twenty-one (21) days of scheduled arrival) are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
